Kandice Crow

Clinical Partner & Nurse Injector

Kandice is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that has been in direct patient care for over a decade. She has transitioned to full time cosmetic injecting at Aurora over 8 years ago and is now a Master level injector. In 2019, Kandice moved to Georgetown, TX with her family from Missouri and opened the 3rd Aurora location fueling the fire of growth of Aurora Medical Spa Nationwide. Since then, Kandice was asked to become a National Trainer and Speaker for Allergan Aesthetics as well as SkinMedica and now trains Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses across the country on anatomy, injecting techniques, consultation skills, and so much more. Kandice has a sincere desire to help her patients look and feel their absolute best, no matter the journey they are on or when they begin. Her gentle touch and eye for detail keeps her patients coming back year after year. Kandice is married and has 2 little girls, Addie and Mia who are some of Aurora's biggest cheerleaders!

Amanda Saine

Nurse Injector

With six years of nursing experience, Amanda brings a diverse background in nursing to the world of aesthetics. After relocating to the great state of Texas due to her husband's military service, Amanda discovered Aurora Medical Spa as a patient. It was here that she fell in love with the art of aesthetics and found her true passion. Now, as an aesthetic nurse injector, Amanda is grateful to spend each day doing what she loves—helping clients achieve their beauty goals and meeting incredible people along the way. Aurora Medical Spa has become more than just a workplace; it's where Amanda found her calling.

Erica Rangel-Limon

Medical Aesthetician

Erica is a Bilingual Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Senior Laser Technician, her passion is helping her patients feel beautiful in their own skin and building long-lasting relationships! She is highly trained in the latest advanced medical grade treatments and specializes in all skin types. Erica has attended multiple Skincare Seminars, Laser Conferences and trained side by side with the highest-level Aesthetic Nurses; gaining a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and an abundance of knowledge! She prides in her ability to create personalized skincare treatment plans, and customized at home skincare regimens that cater to each individual’s needs! With her drive for excellence, strong work ethic and cheerful personality she is confident in her ability to deliver exceptional results! When Erica is not working hard for her patients, she loves dining out with her husband, dancing with her daughter and cheering on her son at the baseball fields! She loves visiting beautiful beaches and being sun-kissed!

Ashlea Gillick

Nurse Injector

My name is Ashlea and I have six years of experience as a critical care nurse and two years as a nurse practitioner in a hospital setting prior to getting into aesthetics. My journey in the medical field has been driven by a profound commitment to patient wellbeing and a passion for health and wellness. This led me to transition into the field of aesthetics, where I am able to utilize my clinical expertise with my love for enhancing patients’ confidence and self-esteem. I’ve also been able to combine my passion for health and fitness to help patients lose weight and feel their best through the strategic use of semaglutide and guidance of nutrition and exercise.

Sara Terbay

Wellness Practitioner

Sara is a board- certified family nurse practitioner specializing in the wellness department.
She has been in the healthcare field for almost 10 years. She started her career in healthcare in the Emergency Department and has worked in various settings including the hospital, step-down ICU, family medicine, and even been a nursing professor at a local university. Sara has her master’s degree in nursing, and is also a nutrition coach for our weight loss program! Sara is Texas born & raised, and when she is not working she is spending time with her husband and puppy!

Maci Smith

Nurse Injector

Maci is a Texas native and has been a Registered Nurse for over 11 years. She has had the privilege of working in dialysis and surgery which provided her with a strong foundation in patient care. Her passion for aesthetics led her to Aurora Medical Spa, where she now focuses on helping patients enhance their natural beauty. Maci sees aesthetics as a perfect blend of science and artistry, allowing her to use her medical expertise and artistic eye to create customized treatment plans for each patient. Maci is committed to helping clients feel confident and look their best through personalized, high-quality care.

Maira Robles

Medical Aesthetician

Maira is a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician. She was born and raised in California and is now raising a family in Texas. Maira’s biggest passions are spending time with family, gardening, and Aesthetics. Maira is dedicated to staying up-to date on the latest skincare advancements and continuing education to expand her knowledge and skills. Maira takes a personalized approach to each clients skincare needs because she understands that every patients skin is unique. In addition to Maira’s technical skills, she also has a knack for educating her patients on proper skincare routines and practices, empowering them to take charge of their own skin.

Brandi Holland

Medical Aesthetician

Brandi is a senior medical aesthetician and leads our aesthetic program at Aurora medical spa. She has 10 years of experience and is always evolving. She specializes in laser treatments and creating personalized plans for each patient. Educating her patients on their individual needs and making them feel good in their skin is her passion. When she’s not treating skin you can find her hiking, swimming, or home cuddling her fur babies (Ramen, Tofu, Nori, and Sata).

Natalie Westbrook

Medical Aesthetician

Natalie is a Licensed Medical Esthetician with a passion for helping clients achieve their best skin. Specializing in medical grade skincare, laser treatments, resurfacing, chemical, peels, medical grade facials, and micro needling, Natalie brings a wealth of expertise to every treatment. Originally from Tennessee, Natalie moved to Texas in 2019 after marrying her husband, Caleb. With a focus on personalized care, Natalie is dedicated to understanding each client's unique skin concerns through in-depth consultations. She values the relationships she builds with her clients, ensuring they feel confident and cared for throughout their skin care journey. Whether it’s addressing specific skin issues or enhancing overall skin health, Natalie is committed to delivering exceptional results with a warm, welcoming approach.
