Aurora Medical Spa Return, Refund, and Gift Card Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to products purchased from the Aurora Medical Spa website at www.auroramedicalspa.com, the Aurora Medical Spa app, or from an Aurora Medical Spa location. It does not apply to any services that Aurora Medical Spa offers or that you may receive from an Aurora location.

Return Policy

Aurora Medical Spa has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your shipment or purchasing at an Aurora Medical Spa location to request to return your products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return of Damaged Products

Please inspect your products upon receipt of your shipment and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards that are purchased either at an Aurora Medical Spa location or through our website are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards that are given as part of a promotion are valid for 12 months from the date received.

Changes to Policy

Aurora Medical Spa reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Return and Refund Policy, at any time, effective with or without prior notice and without any liability to the Company.
