APPOINTMENTS
Due to high demand during peak times, we encourage you to book your appointments several weeks in advance to ensure availability for your preferred provider at your ideal time. Prebooking is the best way to secure both.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to your first appointment to complete intake paperwork. Alternatively, you may complete the forms in advance through your online account.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust your appointment accordingly.
CONSULTATIONS
We offer every client a complimentary consultation with one of our experienced practitioners. A consultation with a licensed professional is required prior to receiving any service, and all treatment recommendations are made based on individual assessment.
During your consultation, you can expect:
- A thorough discussion of all suitable treatment options, including their potential benefits and risks
- A personalized treatment plan with clear, goal-oriented recommendations
We believe that clients who are well-informed and have realistic expectations achieve the most
satisfying results. Our commitment is to provide expert guidance and customized care to help
you look and feel your very best.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders and kindly request notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients.
RETURN POLICY
Aurora Medical Spa has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of in-person purchase or delivery of your online order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
GIFT CARDS
We are unable to accept returns on gift cards. Promotional gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Aurora Medical Spa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, or update this policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
